Fees are due as agreed. Due to the nature of consulting, refunds are at our discretion based on milestones and scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
